Full-Day Fee: $750 per party
Includes all advance preparation, including pre-mediation phone conferences related to scheduling, administration, and review of briefs - if requested. The full-day rate provides up to 8 hours mediation time, and reasonable post-mediation follow-up.
Half-Day Fee: $450 per party
Includes all advance preparation, including pre-mediation phone conferences related to scheduling, administration, and review of briefs - if requested. The half-day rate provides up to 4 hours mediation time, and reasonable post-mediation follow-up.
Extended Services Requested During Mediation: For services provided beyond 4 hours on a half-day schedule; or beyond 8 hours on a full-day schedule, the additional fee charged will be on per-hour basis, at the rate of $190.
Mediation Date Confirmation: The mediation fee is required to be paid in full not later than ten days before the scheduled mediation date, to confirm the mediation.
Cancellation Policy: Any party requiring a change to a confirmed mediation date will be charged a $200 fee. Mediations canceled or postponed within seven days of the mediation date are subject to a charge of $500, unless another mediation can be scheduled to fill the reserved date.
Location Charges: Any charges for use of a location will be charged to the parties, in addition to mediation fees.
Travel: There is no charge for travel time and related expense within the Greater Houston area. Travel elsewhere will incur time and/or expense charges, to be determined in discussion with the parties. Mediation services can be provided anywhere in the United States and Canada.
